Zylphur Solutions provides:

• Website development and design
• AI integration and automation solutions
• Agentic AI systems
• Consulting and support for digital projects

The exact scope of each service, timeline, and cost will be defined in a written proposal, contract, or invoice agreed upon by both parties.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and necessary materials (content, images, credentials, etc.) for project completion.
• Review project deliverables in a timely manner.
• Ensure that any content you provide does not violate copyright, trademark, or applicable laws.
• Make payments on time according to agreed terms.

Delays in providing required materials or approvals may result in project delays.

• •All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD) as stated in the invoice.
• •A deposit or advance payment may be required before work begins.
• •The remaining balance must be paid upon completion or based on the project milestones.
• •Refunds are only applicable if the project has not yet started or in cases where Zylphur Solutions fails to deliver agreed services as outlined in the contract.
• •Once a project has started and resources are allocated, no full refunds will be issued.

• •All custom code, designs, and materials created by Zylphur Solutions remain our property until full payment is received.
• •After full payment, the client receives full ownership and usage rights to the final deliverables, unless otherwise stated in the contract.
• •Zylphur Solutions reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We respect the confidentiality of all information shared with us.

Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential business, technical, or financial information obtained during the project, except as required by law.

Our services may integrate with or rely on third-party tools (e.g., hosting, payment gateways, AI APIs).

We are not responsible for:

• The performance or security of third-party services
• Any data loss or downtime caused by external providers

Clients are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to those third parties' own terms and policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• •Zylphur Solutions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption).
• •Our total liability, in any case, will not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project.
• •You agree to use our services at your own risk.

While we aim for maximum uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or services.

Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice.

Zylphur Solutions may terminate a project if:

• The client breaches these Terms
• Payment deadlines are not met
• The project violates any laws or ethical standards

Upon termination, the client must pay for all completed work up to that point.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on our website, and continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
